I've held executive leadership roles, including President and Chief Operating Officer, leading businesses through turnarounds, rapid growth, acquisitions, and complex operating challenges.
My work spans full P&L leadership, organizational restructuring, global operations, product commercialization, and the systems and processes that help businesses scale profitably.

When I think of the best way to describe Mark - Mark is a leader. He is a leader of men, a leader of women, a leader of teams. I have heard the difference between leaders and managers is people follow managers because they have to, and people follow leaders because they want to. People want to follow Mark and I believe that is his greatest attribute.

My career began in engineering, working on aerospace, defense, and technology programs. Over time, I moved into global product development, business operations, and executive leadership across companies of different sizes and ownership structures.
What has remained constant is a curiosity about how businesses work, how people develop, and how challenging situations can become opportunities for improvement.
I'm also the author of The Undying Business, a book about the principles that help organizations adapt, perform, and endure.
Holder of multiple patents, published in business and leadership publications, and invited to speak at events hosted by Microsoft, the Project Management Institute (PMI), and other professional organizations on operational excellence, business transformation, and emerging technologies, including AI.
